摘  要:对电热合金Cr20Ni80注锭在相同工艺参数下,分别采用煤气炉和电阻炉加热的锻造方坯进行对比分析,包括宏观形貌、金相组织、夹杂物级别和表面氧化层情况等。分析结果表明:在相同工艺参数下采用不同加热方式对Cr20Ni80产品内部质量没有太大的影响;电阻炉加热后锻造,不仅可以降低生产成本及能耗,而且有利于生产过程中降低金属的氧化损耗,提高产品表面质量。Electric heating alloy ingots Cr20Ni80 were heated by gas furnace and resistance furnace and forged billet was analyzed comparatively in the same process parameters, including macro-morphology, microstructure, impurity levels and surface oxidation layer and so on. The results show that there is no influence on the internal quality of the product using different heating methods under the same heating process parameters, but forging after the resistance furnace heating, not only can reduce production costs and energy consumption, but also is conducive to the production process to reduce metal loss, improve product surface quality.
