摘 要:对13MnNiMoR钢热轧态、正火态和回火态下的组织进行了对比分析,进行了常温及高温拉伸性能和冲击性能试验,研究了正火、回火工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,试验钢的力学性能均能达到要求,但接近下限;应适当降低正火温度以获得较细的晶粒,或提高Nb含量,充分利用回火时Nb的碳氮化物析出,以提高强度。Influences of normalizing and tempering processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 13MnNiMoR steel were investigated. Microstructure of the 13MnNiMoR steel under different heat treatment states was compared, and the mechanical property tests at room temperature and high temperatures respectively were carried out. The results show that the strength can meet the requirement, but it' s close to lower limit. The strength can be improved by appropriately lowering normalizing temperature to obtain relatively fine grains or increasing the content of Nb to make much of precipitation of Nb( C, N) in the tempering process.
