摘　　要：介绍了韶钢5号烧结机热平衡测试情况。通过热工诊断分析了该烧结机的能源利用情况,找出了该烧结机漏风率高和固体燃耗高的原因。在此基础上,结合工艺及装备状况,提出了节能技术方案,以期为韶钢进一步节能改造提供依据。The thermal balance test of No.5 sinter machine in Shaosteel was introduced in this paper. The energy utilization of the sinter machine was analyzed through thermal diagnostics,and the causes for high air leakage rate of the sinter machine and the high solid fuel consumption were found out. Based on this and in combination with the process and equipment condition, the energy saving technology scheme was put forward which can provide basis for further energy saving modification in Shaosteel.
