摘  要:将烧结机头电除尘灰制成悬浮浆液并磁选出铁精粉,磁选后尾泥加入氯化钠溶液,采用氯化浸提方式回收尾泥中的铅,经溶解、沉淀反应、离心过滤、洗涤,所得固体经干燥焙烧后得到一氧化铅产品。该技术为烧结机头除尘灰去除重金属铅及其回收利用提供了一条新的途径。The dust from ESP (electrostatic precipitator) of sinter machine feed end was made into suspension slurry and iron concentrate fines were separated out from it through magnetic separation. After magnetic separation, sodium chloride solution was added in the tailings, the lead in the tailings was recovered by way of chlorinating and extracting, through dissolving, precipitation reaction, centrifugal filtration and washing, the solid was dried and roasted to produce the lead oxide product. The technology provides a new way for removing the heavy metal lead in the dust from ESP of sinter machine feed end and the dust recovery and utilization.
