摘  要:为解决常规尾管悬挂器不适宜超深井、大位移井和小间隙井等复杂井的问题,开展了内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器的研究。创新研究了其利用卡瓦侧面承载的内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器坐挂机构,改变了卡瓦和锥套间挤压力的方向,减小了锥套所受的径向力。同时坐挂机构采用无推杆连接方式,提高了悬挂器的入井安全性。对承载斜面角度、锥套外径等方面进行了有限元分析和结构优化。研究结果表明,在卡瓦斜面轴向夹角为α2时,卡瓦和套管的最大应力最小;当锥套外径为D2时,内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器坐挂后过流面积与常规尾管悬挂器相比增加了34%。试验及现场应用结果表明,内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器对悬挂尾管长、井下易漏失等复杂井况具有较强的适应能力。The conventional liner hanger is not suitable for the application to complex wells, such as superdeep weiis, extended reach wells and small clearance wells. To solve the problem research on the liner hanger embedded with slips was conducted. An innovative study was made to create the setting mechanism of the liner hanger embedded with slips which makes use of slip side loading, changing the direction of extrusion force between slips and cone sleeve and reducing the radial force of the cone sleeve. Meanwhile, the setting mechanism adopts the con- necting method without the push rod, improving the running safety of the hanger. The finite element analysis and structural optimization of the bearing bevel angle and the outer diameter of cone sleeve were carried out. The findings show that when the axial angle of the slip bevel is a2, the maximum stress of slips and casing is minimum. When the outer diameter of cone sleeve is D2, the bypass area of the liner hanger embedded with slips increases by 34% after setting, compared with that of conventional liner hanger. The experimental application shows that the liner hanger embedded with slips has strong adaptability to complex well conditions, such as long liner hanged and downhole leakage easily occurred.
