摘  要:普通套管钳在结构形式及夹紧方式等方面存在不足,工作过程中会对套管表面造成较大损伤。鉴于此,研制了WTQ245-N型微牙痕套管钳。这种套管钳主要由浮筒、吊架、主钳、背钳、液压系统及扭矩仪等组成,由于它使用液压背钳和专用微牙痕钳牙,并采用特殊的滑动槽径向压紧方式,因而可大大减轻对套管的损伤。中原油田2口井的现场应用结果表明,这种新型套管钳与普通套管钳相比,工作时产生的牙痕深度小于0.40 mm,对套管表面的损伤很小,尤其适用于高含硫油气田的下套管作业。The weakness of ordinary casing tongs in structural form and clamping method leads to damage to casing surface in the process of operation. Therefore, the WTQ245 -N micro-tooth mark casing tong was developed. The tong mainly consists of buoy, hanger, master tong, backup tong, hydraulic system and torque meter. Adoption of hydraulic backup tong and special tooth jaw as well as special sliding slot radial holddown method can greatly reduce casing damage. The application of the tong to 2 wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield shows that compared with ordinary casing tong, this kind of new tong produces the tooth mark depth less than 0. 4 mm in operation, thus causing very little damage to casing surface. It is particularly suitable for casing running in high sulfur content oilfields and gasfields.
