摘 要:为研究不同工况下隔水管单根各部件的受力状况,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立全尺寸隔水管单根耦合分析模型,模型充分考虑单根各部件的相互关系。提取整体分析结果作为单根局部分析的边界条件,进行作业工况下隔水管柱单根耦合分析,并进行额定载荷工况下单根的极限承载分析。分析结果表明,正常作业工况下,单根最大等效应力发生在主管上,主管应力和变形均较大,而辅助管线和隔水管夹的应力与变形则可忽略;极限工况条件下,隔水管单根仍满足强度要求,但此时主管最大等效应力已接近其许用应力,所以选配隔水管单根时应尽量保证隔水管承受的工作载荷小于其接头的额定载荷。作业工况和极限工况下,主管几乎承担隔水管单根所承受的所有载荷。To study the force condition of all the parts of the drilling riser joint in different operating conditions, the finite element software ABAQUS was adopted to establish the coupling analysis model of full-scale riser joint. The model fully considered the interrelationship between all the parts of the joint. In the overall analysis of the riser string, the analysis result was extracted as the boundary condition for the local analysis of the joint. The coupling analysis of the riser joint in the operating condition was conducted and the limit load analysis of the joint in the rated load operating condition was also carried out. The research findings show that in normal operating conditions the maximum equivalent stress happens to the main pipe. The stress and deformation of the main pipe are relatively considerable while the stress and deformation of the auxiliary pipeline and riser clamps are negligible. In the limiting operating condition the riser joint can satisfy the strength requirement but at this moment the maximum e- quivalent stress of the main pipe is close to its allowable stress. It should be ensured that the operating load of the riser is less than the rated load of its connector in selection of riser joint. In both operating conditions the main pipe almost bears all the load of the riser joint.
