摘 要:随着海上加密钻井技术的广泛应用,井眼碰撞风险也急剧增加。为保证海洋石油资源的安全、环保开发,确保钻井施工的顺利进行,提出一种基于检测钻头运动诱发的振动信号识别井眼趋近生产井套管的方法,并在多口防碰风险很高的钻井施工中应用,取得满意的效果。以南海油田某区块W6H井实施的钻井防碰监测为例,对现场监测过程中不同工况下的信号特征进行识别,对风险信号特点进行了归纳,为防碰监测系统的改进和防碰工艺技术的不断完善提供实践与技术支撑。With the extensive application of offshore infill drilling technology, the borehole collision risk increases remarkably. To ensure the safety and environmental protection development of offshore petroleum resources as well as the smooth drilling construction, a kind of method for monitoring borehole collision based on testing drill bit motion induced vibration signal recognition was formulated. It was applied to several high-collision-risk wells and the satisfactory effect was obtained. Taking as an example the drilling anti-collision monitoring carried out in Well W6H, the signal feature of the well in different operating conditions in the process of field monitoring was identified. The risk signal features were summarized. The study offers a practical and technological support for the improvement of the anti-collision monitoring system and the continuing perfection of the anti-collision technology.
