摘 要:复合砂浆钢筋网薄层加固是一种广泛使用的高效加固方法,能够显著地提高钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯承载力、变形能力以及抗裂性能。利用有限元软件,对HPFL二次受力加固钢筋混凝土梁进行三维受力分析,利用单元生死考虑二次受力的特点,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。着重分析了初始荷载对提高承载力的影响,初始荷载小,提高幅度大。本文研究成果可为高性能钢丝网复合砂浆加固钢筋混凝土梁设计提供参考。High performance ferrocement laminates (HPFL) technology is an efficient method to strengthen RC beam subjected to secondary load. It can significantly increase the load-bearing capacity, deflection capacity and crack-resisting behavior. The three dimensional mechanical analysis of RC beams strengthened with HPFL subjected to secondary load was carried out and the characteristic of secondary loading was considered by element birth and death. The calculated results well agree with the tested results. The initial load greatly affects ultimate flexural bearing capacity of beam and ultimate beating capacity increases greater with less initial load. These conclusions can be referenced in rehabilitation design of reinforced concrete beams with HPFL.
