摘  要:通过分析新旧混凝土结构结合面的连接性能,提出在混凝土框架结构直接增层房屋新旧结构结合面除设卧梁外,再增设锚筋连接的方法;对一次性建造的6层、4层增层为6层只设卧梁及既设卧梁又设锚筋的混凝土框架结构的三种类型6个计算模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析,得出了合理的卧梁高度和合适的锚筋间距,建议工程实际中在合理锚筋直径下,一般取卧梁高度300 mm,锚筋间距400 mm。对完善混凝土结构加固设计规范和砖混结构房屋加层技术规范有一定的参考价值,并可供同类工程的设计与施工参考。This paper analyzes the old and new concrete surface connection with the performance, made directly in the concrete frame structure by combining the old and new surface layer except housing located outside the horizontal beam, and a further method of connecting anchor bar; By the construction of a one-time six, four additional layer is located only six horizontal beams and horizontal beams set both Anchorage and set the three types of concrete frames 6 model,using finite element analysis software ANSYS all models are analyzed,obtained a reasonable height and the fight horizontal beam spacing of anchor bars, the proposed project is reasonably practical under the general admission Anchorage horizontal beam diameter, height 300mm, anchor bar spacing of 400mm. Improve the concrete structure design codes and building made of brick layer specification plus some reference value, and for the design and construction of similar projects for reference.
