摘 要:通过对陕西省十个城市的城市流强度进行时空动态比较,考察陕西省城市外向服务的空间差异和产业间结构,并建立固定效应变截距模型对城市流强度的影响因素进行了回归分析。结果表明,西安市城市流强度"一市独大",但综合服务能力不够强;其他城市的城市流强度值较小,专业化优势不明显;第二产业对城市流强度的影响程度大于第三产业;各城市产业影响的水平效应差距较大。提出中心城市应着力提高综合服务能力,其他城市则应集中力量发展优势产业,着力提高综合经济实力;各城市均应挖掘城市特色,发展第三产业。With the case of ten cities of Shan' xi Prov- ince, this essay analyses the urban flows intensity, researches the temporal and spatial dynamic actualities and changes and studies the industrial structures of external service. And then, this essay makes a regression analysis on what are the main fac- tors for the urban flows intensity based on an econometrics model of fixed effects and changed facet. The results show that the ur- ban flows intensity is the largest in Xi' an City which depends on large GDP, but the service capacity is not so large. On the other hand, the urban flows intensities of other cities are very little be- cause they lack scale economy and professional advantages. Ac-cording to the analysis of panel data, the secondary industry has more impacts on urban flows intensity than the tertiary industry, but the different cities have different level affects. It puts for- ward that the central city should enhance the capacity and quali- ty of comprehensive services, on the contrary other cities need to develop industries for which they have favorable conditions and those with local characteristics to improve the comprehensive e- conomic strength.
