摘　　要：风湿性心脏病外因常由风湿热毒邪合而为病,内因多为气阴两伤。治疗应根据其发展的不同阶段分而治之,整个病程中要始终注意"心血瘀阻"这一病理环节,且不可忽视脾胃的作用。The wind, dampness, heat and toxin are the main exogenous pathogenic factors of rheumatic heart disease, and the asthenia of qi and yin is the endogenous pathogenic factor. The therapeutic methods are applied based on different phases of rheumatic heart disease. In the course of the disease, stagnation of the heart blood and functions of spleen and stomach should not be neglected.
