论不同亚型儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的中医病理及证候特征

摘　　要：不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍的患儿有不同的中医病理及证候特征。儿童多动-冲动型多表现为痰火扰心证;注意缺陷型多表现为心脾两虚证;混合型多表现为脾虚痰蒙,心肝火旺证;智力障碍者多见肾虚脑亏证。认识不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍的中医病理特征,对中医药规范治疗该病有积极意义。Different children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） of different subtypes has different pathologic characteristics and patterns. ADHD of impulsive type manifests phlegm-fire harassing heart; attention deficit type manifests deficiency of both heart and spleen; comprehensive type manifests spleen deficiency, phlegm clouding, hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire; intelligence deficit manifests kidney and brain deficiency. We hold that different children with ADHD of different subtypes have different pathologic characteristics and patterns.
