疲劳量表-14在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的信度与效度评价

摘　　要：目的:评价疲劳量表-14(FS-14)在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者中的信、效度。方法:采用FS-14对60例CHB患者及30例健康成人进行调查,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件中的内部一致性信度分析、探索性因子分析方法对FS-14的信度、效度进行检验。结果:①信度:量表中各条目的 Cronbach’s alpha系数均>0.6,提示该量表在CHB患者中的内部一致性信度较好。②效度:各条目得分与量表总分间的相关系数为0.151～0.770(P<0.05);共提取4个公因子,因子中各条目的解释方差值均>0.5,每个公因子都涵盖了躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳,符合量表原躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳的划分。③CHB患者的躯体疲劳评分、脑力疲劳评分及量表总分较正常成人均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:FS-14在CHB患者中具有较好的信、效度。Objective： To estimate the reliability and validity of the fatigue scale-14 （FS-14） in the patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods： The FS-14 was applied among 60 patients with CHB and 30 healthy adults, and the reliability and validity of the FS-14 were assessed by internal consistency analysis and exploratolT factor analysis of SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results： ~Reliability ： The coefficients of Cronbach＇ s alpha of each item were over 0.6, and it shewed that the scale had good internal consistency. ~Validity： The correlation coefficients between the each item score and the total score were 0. 151 ~0.770 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Four common factors were picked up, and each factor included body and mind fatigue according with the scale composition. （~）The body fatigue score, mind fatigue score and total score of patients with CHB were higher than those of healthy adults （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The FS-14 has good reliability and validity in the patients with CHB.
