摘 要:目的:探讨姜黄素对支气管哮喘大鼠气道重塑及核因子-κB(NF-κB)的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、哮喘组、姜黄素组,各10只;采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏复制大鼠哮喘模型。观察3组大鼠气道炎症、气道壁厚度、胶原沉积及NF-κB和转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达情况。结果:哮喘组大鼠炎性细胞浸润、胶原沉积、气道壁厚度、NF-κB、TGF-β1表达与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而姜黄素组较哮喘组明显减轻(P<0.01);NF-κB与TGF-β1表达、气道炎症、气道壁厚度、胶原沉积变化成正相关(P<0.01)。结论:姜黄素可抑制哮喘大鼠NF-κB活性以干预其气道重塑。Objective: To investigate the influence of cureumin on airway remodeling and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-kB) in rats with asthmas. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, asthma group and curcumin group, lO rats in each group. Asthma model was duplicated by injecting ovalbumin ( OVA ). The airway inflammation, thickness, collagen deposit, NF-kB and transformation growth factor betal (TGF-β1) were observed. Results: There were significant differences in airway inflammation, thickness, collagen deposit, NF-kB and TGF-β1 expressions between control group and asthma group, and between asthma group and eurcumin group(P 〈 0.01 ) ; NF-KB expression was positively correlated with TGF-β1 expression, airway inflammation, airway thickness and collagen deposition(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Cureumin can down-regulate NF-KB expression to suppress airway remodeling in asthma tats.
