摘　　要：荷兰是一个高度城市化的国家，并具有悠久的土地规划、区域规划和城市规划的历史传统。荷兰规划师根据荷兰特有的自然地理特征和城市形成发展的规律，半个世纪以来试行的是一种“分散化的集中型”城市发展模式，并制定了一系列城市及区域发展政策，积累了许多宝贵的经验。本文介绍了荷兰５０年来城市发展和规划建设的历程，以期对我国的规划实践活动有所启示。The Netherlands is a country urbanized in a high degree. with a long history of land-use planning. regional planning and urban planning. In the latter half of the twentieth century, on the basic of its special physical environment and the particular features of features development. Dutch planners have attempted at a policy which can be spatially and financially defined as an attempt at dispersed concentration over urban morphology and urban economy. A series of urban and regional development policy has been set down and a lot of valuable experience left for the other countries. This paper discusses such course in the Netherlands and reveals something deserved to be studied for in China,
