摘 要:采用低温、中温和高温型分散染料和高温高压法对聚乳酸非织造布进行染色,探讨了染料类型、染色温度、时间、pH值和分散剂等因素对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布染色工艺的影响,优化了工艺参数。试验表明:聚乳酸纺粘非织造布可以用分散染料染色,中、低温型分散染料分散蓝SE-2R和分散蓝2BLN对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布染色的染色温度应选择100℃,高温型分散染料分散蓝HGL应选择110℃染色温度,染色pH值应控制在5左右,保温时间为20 min。不同的助剂对分散染料上染聚乳酸纺粘非织造布的上染率有影响,染色时用扩散剂NNO可提高其上染率。Polylactic acid nonwovens are dyed with low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature disperse dyes by high temperature and high pressure method. This thesis discusses the effects of dyeing type, dyeing temperature, time, pH value and dispersing agents on dyeing performance of PLA nonwoven fabric, and optimizes technological parameters. The results show that polylactic acid nonwovens can be dyed by disperse dyes. The dyeing with the low-temperature, medium-temperature disperse dyes, i.e., disperse blue SE-2R and disperse blue 2BLN, should be implemented at 110 ~C, and the dyeing pH value is 5 and the time of heat preservation is about 20 minutes. Different auxiliaries have impacts on the dye-uptake when disperse dyes are used to dye polylactic acid nonwovens. Moreover, the disperse dye NNO can improve the dye-uptake in the process of dyeing.
