摘  要:以注塑机机筒加热和机筒内物料的塑化过程为研究对象,通过理论分析和实验,分析感应加热温升过程和特点,研究螺杆转速变化对感应加热和电阻加热下注塑机产量和比能耗的影响。结果表明:在一定转速(71、109和144 r/min)下,加热方式对塑化产量影响不大,但感应加热比电阻加热节能(分别为25.04%、19.23%和12.76%)。Barrel heating and plastication process in the barrel were the research objects. Barrel temperature-rising process and characteristics of induction heating were analyzed through theoretical model and experiments. The effects of screw rotation on plasticising capacity and specific energy consumption (SEC) of injection machine under induction heating or electric resistance heating was compared. It was found that heating method exhibited little infulence on plasticising capacity at the certain rotations (71,109 and 144 r/rain). However,SEC of induction heating injection saved energy by 25.04 % , 19.23 % and 12.76 % respectively compared with SEC of electric resistance heating.
