摘　　要：虽然近年来我国新型农村合作医疗制度获得了较快发展,但仍存在诸多经济障碍,主要表现为存在道德风险、医疗费用增长、筹资能力不足和筹资不稳定。文章对新农合可持续发展中面临的3大经济障碍进行分析并提出政策建议。In recent years, China＇s new rural cooperative medical system has developed in a relatively steady pace. However, there are still many economic obstacles, mainly for the existence of moral risk, increase of medical cost, insufficient financing capability and funding instability. Three major economic obstacles are analyzed that we have faced during sustainable development of the NCMS and policy recommendations are put forward.
