摘　　要：目的:了解我市传染病预警系统运行情况和运行效果,分析其对于传染病预防控制和卫生应急的作用。方法:利用Excel对2010～2011年传染病预警情况进行统计分析,分析各病种预警情况和效果。结果:我市2010～2011年未发生传染病暴发疫情,且麻疹发病大幅下降,起到了良好的社会效果,但传染病预警过于灵敏,存在错误预警等现象。结论:传染病预警对于控制传染病疫情具有积极的意义,但需合理设置预警阈值,提高预警信息的准确性。Objective： To know the operation of infectious disease warning system, analyzes the effect forthe prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods： Data of 2010-2011 year infectious disease warn- ing were analyzed by Excel. Results： The outbreak of infectious disease did not happen during 2010-2011 years in Kun-shan city, and measles were greatly decreased. The infectious disease Early-warning system played a good social effect, but it＇s warning too sensitive, there were mistake warning phenomenon. Conclu- sion： It has positive significance for the control of infectious disease, it need to set up reasonable warning threshold value, improve the accuracy of the early warning information.
