摘  要:集装箱正面吊运机在制动过程中,轮边制动器中的摩擦片相互作用会产生大量的热量。针对现有轮制动器冷却系统存在的液压油冷却器缺少有效保护,经常发生渗漏,以及制动器磨损后产生的颗粒物容易进入液压系统造成污染等问题,对原轮边制动冷却系统进行改进,增加单向阀和回油过滤器。改进后液压油冷却器工作正常可靠,液压系统被污染的情况得到明显改善。During a braking process of the front container lift truck friction discs in the rim brake would be mutually acting to produce much heat. In view of the present cooling system in the rim brake that problems lie with the oil cooler without effective protection that leakage is common over there while grains from wearing discs are vulnerable to enter the hydraulic system and make a pollution, and so on. Therefore, we had to improve the existing cooling system at the rim brake, install more check-valves and increase filtering capacity for the return oil. The oil cooler after improvements works normally and reliably, thus getting an obvious better change for the hydraulic system which had been polluted.
