摘 要:将逆向工程引入工程机械行业,能够有效提高企业的市场竞争力和工业设计创新力。在研究逆向工程定义及其主要应用模式的基础上,以某发动机缸盖为研究对象,采用非接触式测量方法获取其点云数据,利用点云去噪、多视拼合、孔洞修补等数据预处理技术,以及数据分块技术、STL文件生成及优化技术获取质量较高的三角面片模型,采用以NURBS(非均匀有理B样条曲线)曲面为基础的矩形参数曲面拟合方法获得产品的NURBS曲面模型。研究表明逆向工程技术在工程机械领域中的应用是必要的和可行的。Reverse engineering was introduced to the construction equipment industry, which can effectively upgrade market competitive and industrial design innovation for the enterprises. On the basis of studying definition and key application mode of the reverse engineering we placed a certain engine cylinder head as the object for study to have obtained point cloud data thru a non-contact measurement and further utilized point cloud noise suppression, multi views combination, holes amending and other data pretreatments, and other ways adopted include data segmentation, STL document formulation and optimization to have gained triangular-facet mesh of higher quality. Besides, we used NURBS (non-uniform rational B-spline) surface as a basis for the rectangular data surface fitting to obtain a NURBS surface model of the product. The study shows that the reverse engineering is necessary and feasible to be use in the field of construction equipment.
