摘 要:双钢轮振动压路机主要用于沥青面层的压实,为保证面层的使用寿命和行车的安全舒适性,必须严格控制压路机的作业质量。应用综合分析法,从机械化施工的角度提出双钢轮振动压路机作业质量控制的相关指标,指出:恒速性能是保证作业质量的关键,应对整机参数如外负荷、行走系统和发动机功率等进行合理匹配,保证起步停车性能以及压实过程中的恒速;沿轮宽方向上的振幅均匀性是确保压实均匀性的最基本要求;确定碾压速度和振动频率的最佳匹配可提高作业质量和生产率;此外,优化压路机整机结构参数,也可以提高作业质量。Dual drum vibratory compactor is mainly used to compact asphalt pavement so as to ensure work life as well as travel safety and comfort; therefore, they have to strictly control quality of the compactor's operation quality. We thru a comprehensive analysis put forth relevant indicators to control operational quality of the vibratory dual drum compactor from the view point of mechanized road building, while pointing out that constant speed performance is a key to ensure the operational quality. Therefore, we had to logically match up the entire machine's data, e.g. outside load, travel system with the engine power, etc so as to ensure a constant speed for the compactor during its process of start, stop, and compaction. Again, vibratory amplitude consistency along the drum width upwards becomes a basic requirement to ensure evenness of the compaction. Obviously, sure optimal match-up of rolling speed with vibratory frequency can upgrade operational quality and productivity. Nevertheless, optimized compactor's data as a whole can also upgrade the operational quality.
