摘  要:研究目的旨在降低内燃叉车液力变速器噪声与振动水平。首先,在试验台架上用振动加速度计和传声器采集变速器振动加速度和噪声信号,通过分析其三维谱阵图大致确定故障齿轮;然后对频谱特别是调制边频带进行研究,确定故障原因;最后对振动和噪声信号进行相干分析,确定振动和噪声峰值是否来源一致。分析结果表明,变速器的噪声与液力变矩器同轴的齿轮啮合不良有关。其原因是由于变速器动力输入轴和液力变矩器动力输出轴不对中所致,该分析结果对液力变速器噪声的降低与振动性能的提高提供了依据。The study is aimed at lowered noise and vibration levels at the hydraulic power transmission in an engine powered fork-lift truck. Firstly, we used a vibratory accelerator and microphone to pick up signals of transmitting vibration and noise, thus roughly fixing the troubled gear or gears thru analyses of 3-D matrix spectrums. And then, we studied the spectrums, especially the modulated side-bands before deciding the trouble cause. Finally, we did coherence analyses of the vibration and noise signals before deciding whether or not the sources of vibration and noise peak value were consistent. Analysis results show that noise from the transmission is related with poor mesh of the converter's coaxial gears, and the cause is from off-center of the transmission's power input shaft with the converter's power output shaft, the results thus proving a basis for the hydraulic transmission to lower its noise and vibration.
