摘　　要：根据对北京地区既有居住建筑屋面服役情况的调研与分析,提出应优先考虑喷涂聚氨酯硬泡倒置式屋面节能改造方案。本文介绍了此类屋面保温系统的施工要点,方案设计时应注意喷涂厚度、材料粘结面积、系统的构造以及主要节点的处理等。The sprayed rigid polyurethane foam inversion type roof is a plan of priority for energy conservation based on a survey of current service condition of the existing residential building roof in Beijing. The paper introduces the design and construction of roof insulation system with the focus on thickness of spray coating, bond area of materials, system structure, and treatment of roof details.
