摘　　要：GB72582012《机动车运行安全技术条件》将于2012年9月1日正式实施。在GB725820043次修订的基础上，新出台的标准到底依据怎样的原则？又在哪些方面提出了新的要求？就此类问题，作为新标准主要起草人之一的公安部交通管理科学研究所研究员应朝阳，在2012北京客车展期间举办的客车安全研讨会上进行了详解。It was reported that GB 7528--2012 Safety Specifications for Power Driven Vehicles Operating on Roads is expected to be in effective on Sept.1, 2012. Having been revised for 3 times, what principles the new standards were based on, and what new requirements are raised in the version？ To answer these questions, Mr. Ying Chaoyang, a senior researcher at Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry Public Security, who was also one of drafters of the document, gave the explanation at Bus Forum during the event of Bus ＆ Truck 2012.
