摘　　要：利用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,研究当前公众对参与政府投资建设项目决策的认识和理解;揭示公众参与中存在的突出问题;掌握优化公众参与机制的关键环节和关键因素,为完善公众参与机制提供数据支持。基于研究结果提出相应建议和对策。With questionnaire and interview methods, this paper studies the recognizing and understanding on cun＇ent participalion in decision-making of public projects, revels the existing problems in public participation, grasps the key points and key factors of optimizing public participation mechanism. And the basic data may provide data supporting for the improvement of public participation mechanism. Based on results of the study, this paper puts forward the corresponding proposals and countermeasures.
