摘　　要：工程项目是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及多个参与主体,项目参与主体的不当行为已经成为工程项目失败的主要因素。在分析工程项目风险传导一般规律的基础上,探讨工程项目主体行为风险传导机理,重点研究招投标阶段的主体行为风险传导机制,并以上海11.15火灾为例进行实证分析。研究有助于项目管理者认识项目主体行为风险的本质,有利于从风险阻断的角度防范主体行为风险。The construction project is a complex system engineering which involves multiple principal participants. The behaviors of them have great impact on the construction project, and the misconduct of principal participants has become the main reason for the failure of the construction project. Firstly, this paper analyzes the general regulation of the risk conduction mechanism in construction project. Secondly, discusses the behavioral risk conduction mechanism of princi- pal participants in construction project, especially it researches on the behavioral risk conduction mechanism of principal participants in the bidding stage of construction project. Finally, analyzes the case of Shanghai ＂11.15＂fire. This research contributes to helping the project manager realize the nature of the participants＇ behavioral risk, and keep the subiect behavioral risks away from the risk blocking side.
