摘　　要：运用全寿命周期经济评价理论,建立围护结构全寿命周期经济评价模型,并通过实际工程分析和计算建筑围护结构采用节能材料后的全寿命周期成本,从而得出结论:建筑围护结构运用节能材料不仅降低建筑能耗,同时也降低了建筑全寿命周期成本。This paper estaMishes life-cycle economic evaluation model of the buihling enclosure bv lhe theory of life-eyele economic evaluation, as well as calculates the life-cycle cost after using energy-saving material on the building enclosure through analyzing the actual projects, thus draws the conclusion： using energy-saving materials in buihling enclosure can not only reduce the buihling energy consumption, but also reduce the life-cycle cosl of the construelion.
