摘　　要：浙江展览馆位于杭州市中心武林广场,建于1969年,属历史保护建筑,东面是正在施工中的地铁站,南面今后拟建地下五层商业建筑,周边环境十分复杂。修缮改造包括既有建筑的修缮改造和新建两大部分。根据建筑物功能布局要求以及对既有建筑安全性及抗震性能的鉴定报告,保留既有建筑原有地上的建筑格局基本不变,参照后续使用年限30年的要求进行抗震加固改造。利用既有建筑天井位置东、西区块内各新建三层地面建筑。新老建筑功能统一,通过对既有建筑的加固改造及新建建筑基础的合理选型,实现新老建筑的合理衔接。Zhejiang Exihibition Hall lies in Wulin Square, the center of Hangzhou. This historic protection building was constructed in 1969, and now is surrounded by the constructing subway station in the east, and a planed five-story underground commercial building in the south. The project is composed of the repairing and transformation of existing buildings and new construction. According to the function layout requirements and the seismic appraisal report of existing buildings, besides retaining the construction pattern of buildings on the ground, seismic strengthening measures referred to 30 years continuing seismic service life are adopted to improve the compound seismic capacity. Near the existing patios, three-story new buildings are added respectively in the east and west block. The function of new and existing buildings is unified, and they are connected reasonably by strengthening the foundation of existing buildings and suitablely selecting the new foundation.
