摘  要:为了方便测井设备维修和现场电子线路检测,设计了测井系统应用的模拟信号源,并给出了硬件、软件的设计方案。测井信号模拟器是由ADuC831单片机等硬件及软件构成的测井设备的维修检测工具,可以应用于进口ATLAS和国产ELSI测井设备。该模拟器可以模拟产生深度张力、深度、放射性、声波等多种测井信号,在检测和维修过程中可以取代实际测井设备产生的测井信号,使检测和维修更加方便快捷和安全,是测井仪器维修检测必不可少的工具之一。In order to easily repair logging equipment and test field electronic circuit,the simulated signal source for logging system is designed,and the hardware and software design are given.Logging simulator is a tool to test and repair logging equipment consisting of ADuC831 microcontroller,other hardware and software.It can be applied to imported logging equipment for ATLAS and domestic for ELSI.The simulator can simulate the generation of depth,tension,radioactive, sonic and other logging signals.It can be replaced by the actual signal generated by logging equipment during testing and maintenance,so that testing and maintenance are more convenient and safe,It is one of the essential tools for testing and repairing logging equipment and has good prospects in application.
