摘  要:微梁传感器是一种微米级别的传感器,利用双材料梁的温变效应进行测量,当环境的温度发生变化时,由于两种材料热膨胀系数的不同而产生弯曲变形,测量此变形即可实现对温度的传感。微梁传感器对比传统铂电阻温度传感器具有精度更高的优点,利用该传感器设计一种高精度井温仪,有望在温度试井方面发挥作用。针对应用于存储式井温仪上的微梁温度传感器进行了优化设计,通过室内实验验证了其可行性。The micro-beam sensor can measure the temperature change effects caused by double-material beam based on micron level,When the environment temperature changes,the bending deformation occurs due to different thermal expansion coefficients of the two materials,This deformation can be realized for measuring the temperature.Compared with the traditional platinum resistance temperature sensor,the micro-beam sensor has higher precision,so to design the storage-type and high-precision temperature gauge based on micro-beam sensors is expected to apply in temperature testing.This paper presents some optimized design of the micro-beam sensors applied to the storage-type and high-precision temperature gauge,and the feasibility is proved by a series of laboratory test.
