摘　　要：文章介绍一种外径为30mm的测井用自成靶中子管。这种中子管在结构设计上解决了离子源内部离子溅射和中子产额低两项技术难点,在制管工艺方面建立了独特的配置D-T比例和靶面粗化处理以增强靶膜附着力的两项术创新。室内性能指标测试表明,这种中子管的中子产额达到了商品靶中子管的指标,工作温度达到了150℃,使用寿命超过了300h。目前这种中子管在随钻中子孔隙度和氧活化测井仪中得到了应用。This paper introduces a kind of self-developed target neutron tube with outer diameter of 30mm.This neutron tube overcomes the problems of ionic source splatter and low neutron yield,it has also established unique D-T ratio and bulk processing of target so as to enhance adhesive force of target membrane,indoors performance index shows that the neutron yield had reached the index of commodity target,the working temperature is 150℃ and the service life is over 300 hours.At present,this kind of neutron tube had been applied to LWD neutron porosity and oxygen activation logging tools.
