摘　　要：江西师范大学实施"红土地支教实习工程",旨在提高师范生的素质,促进支教学校全面发展。"红土地支教"由于领导重视,制度完善;精心组织,注重实效;加大投入,强化管理;及时总结,表彰先进;加强合作,互惠共赢,有力地提高了师范生的综合素质与支教学校的教育质量,促进了农村基础教育的改革和发展,受到了社会的广泛赞誉。Jiangxi Normal University has implemented the Red Earth teaching practice project to improve the quality of normal students and promote the all - around development of the suppurted schools. Because of the attention of the leadership, perfect system ; meticulous organization, emphasis on practical results ; expanding input, strengthening management ; summary in time, commending the advanced ; enhance of cooperation , and mutual all - win, the Red Earth teaching aid has effectively improved the comprehensive quality of normal students and the quality of education in the suppurted schools, promoted rural reform and development of elementary education, and is widely praised by the society.
