加强环节质量控制切实提高病案内涵质量

摘　　要：病案质量管理是医疗管理中的热点,也是难点。仅依靠终末病案质量检查已难以把住病案质量关,返修也不再是提高病案质量的法宝。针对医院病案质量管理的难点,我院从病案管理机制入手,充分发挥质控网络的管理效能,加强病案质量管理委员会的作用,加强病案环节质量控制,规定病房主治医师为病案质量监控第一人,加强病案环节质量检查,狠抓病历书写制度的贯彻执行,切实提高病案的内涵质量。The medical record quality management is not only a hot topic in medical treatment management, but also where the difficulty lies. Re- ly only on the terminal record quality check has been difficult keeping guard at the medical record quality, and reworking is no longer a magic key to im- prove the quality of medical records. The records contents of the patients also increased from cloistered up to public. Aims to the difficulty in the current hospital medical record quality management, we start with the management mechanism, give full to the management efficiency of quality control net- work, strengthen the role of relevant management committee as well as the medical record link quality control to effectively improve the connotation quality of the medical record.
