边疆军队医院急诊病人救治的基本特征分析

摘　　要：目的为进一步提高医院救治工作质量水平,促进学科建设和发展提供统计依据。方法以回顾性调查的统计方法,收集和整理2008年-2010年的急诊就诊病人救治情况资料;采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法,按季节指数计算出一年12个月急诊就诊病人、一日12个时段内急诊就诊的危重病人收住入科时间分布指数,并进行排序。结果急诊就诊病人的月指数在6月份~11月份显示一个较高水平,每日上、下午上班后的前两个小时左右,是急诊就诊的危重病人收住专科治疗的高峰时段;急诊入院危重病人的疾病谱顺位前三位依次是损伤和中毒、急性支气管肺炎和妊娠、分娩及产褥期并发症,死因顺位前三位依次是冠心病、脑出血和恶性肿瘤;收住急诊入院危重病人数量最多的科室是儿科,其次是骨科,再次是心血管内科。结论遵循病人就医的时间规律,针对病种特点,强化对急诊病人救治的质量观念,充分发挥抢救生命绿色通道的作用,对提高病人生存率,降低病死率具有重要的意义。Objective To improve on the treatment quality of the hospital and provide statistical evidence for discipline construction and progress. Methods To collect and settle the treatment condition information of emergency patients from 2008 to 2010 by retrospective investigation; Calculating the number of emergency patients in twdve months according to season index, as well as the time distribution index of serious patients in the twelve pe- riods one day, thus make a rank finally. Results The month index of emergency patients is staying a high level from June to November, and the peak period of emergency patients is two hours before going to work every moring and afternoon. The first three disease spectrum of emergency patients are poisoning, acute bronchopneumonia, pregnancy, delivery and stegmonth complication while the first three caused death are coronary heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage and malignant tumor. The first three department got the most emergency patients are department of paediatrics, orthopedics and cardiology successively. Conclusion We should follow the time discipline of patients, strengthen the treatment quality sense and give full play to the green channel of life saving, this makes great significance to improve survive rate and decrease fatality rate of emergency patients.
