轻轻亲注射贴的临床使用观察

摘　　要：目的观察轻轻亲注射贴在患者静脉输液中扩张局部血管和减轻局部穿刺疼痛的效果。方法对155例输液患者使用轻轻亲注射贴前、后进行同体比较,观察使用前、后血管外径值、局部疼痛的变化,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果使用轻轻亲注射贴后患者局部血管扩张明显,68.4%的患者用后血管扩张在1 mm以上;血管外径大于使用前,差异有统计学意义(t=3.55,P<0.05);使用轻轻亲注射贴后患者局部疼痛评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.23,P<0.05)。结论轻轻亲注射贴可以扩张局部血管,提高静脉穿刺成功率;减轻疼痛,增加患者舒适度。Objective To observe the effects of Qingqingqin Injection Plaster on dilating local vessels and reducing local puncture pain in the patients with intravenous transfusion. Methods The comparison before and after using Qingqingqin Injection Piaster in 155 cases of intravenous transfusion was conducted for observing the changes of vascular diameter value and local pain before and after application. The results were performed the statistical analysis. Results The local blood vessel dilation af- ter use was significant. 68.4% of the patients had the vascular dilatation more than 1 mm;the vascular external diameter was greater than that before use with statistical difference （t=3.55, P〈0.05 ） ;the local pain scores after use were significantly reduced with statistical difference （t=2.23, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingqingqin Injection Plaster can dilate the local blood vessels, increase the success rate of venipuncture, reduce pain and increase the patient＇s comfort.
