血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响。方法将26例脓毒症患者随机分为观察组(13例)和对照组(13例),对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血必净注射液;观察并比较治疗前后外周血血小板计数(Plt)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)及D-二聚体(D-D)等。结果治疗后第7天,两组患者Plt、Fg较治疗前均有不同程度降低,但观察组患者变化不明显,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后PT、TT、APTT均较治疗前延长,但观察组患者未见明显变化;观察组患者治疗后第7天PT、TT、APTT均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者D-D较治疗前有所升高,观察组患者治疗后第7天D-D低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液对脓毒症患者的凝血功能具有一定保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of Xuebijing Injection on the coagulation function in the patients with sepsis. Methods 26 cases of sepsis were randomly divided into the observation group （ 13 cases） and the control group （ 13 cases）. The control group was given the conventional treatment and the observation group was given the conventional treatment plus Xue- bijing Injection. The changes of Ph,PT,TF and AP,]~F,Fg and D-D before and after treatment were observed and compared be- tween the two groups. Results On 7 d after treatment, Pit and Fg in the two groups were reduced to varying degrees,but the observation group had no significant change, showing statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. PT, TT and APTT after treatment in the control group were extended than before treatment, but no significant changes occurred in the observation group. On 7 d after treatment, PT, TT and AFVF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which showed statistical difference between them （P〈0.05）. On 7 d after treatment, D-D in the control group was increased compared with before treatment, but still higher than that in the observation group with statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing Injection has certain protective effect on coagulation function in the patients with sepsis.
