摘　　要：大学生村官是当前大学生就业的新途径和社会发展的需要,大学生村官出现的一些缺陷急需高校建立科学的就业心理培养机制,本文着眼于此,深入剖析问题根源并提出积极的思考。Graduate village official is a new road for employment of graduates, and it is also a demand for social development. Defect of graduate village official requires the university to build scientific training mechanism on employment psychology. In this essay, the authors analyze the source of the problem and provide positive suggestions.
