摘　　要：循环经济法已经颁布,如何衡量各地的循环经济水平,将列入政府政绩考核指标。本文通过对安徽、湖南、青海省的循环经济进行区域差异的实证研究,提出模糊综合评价法来衡量循环经济不同水平,得出循环经济实施效果的水平评价,用以指导循环经济的实施和发展。Circular economy law has been promulgated. How to measure around the level of circular economy will be included in the government performance evaluation indicators. By empirical study on regional differences of circular economy in Anhui, Hunan, Qinghai provinces, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward in this article as measurement of the different level of circular economy, so as to get the circular economy implementation effect evaluation, to guide the implementation of circular economy and development.
