摘　　要：就业形势难是当前高校面临的普遍问题,建立以就业为导向的思想政治教育模式,具有十分重要的现实意义,当前急需完善高校就业思想政治教育指导体制,实施多元化的就业思想政治教育指导模式,加强思想政治教育与就业实践的结合,加强高校就业心理健康教育,引导学生树立正确的就业价值观和职业观,加强高校诚信就业制度建设,建立学生就业诚信档案,完善诚信就业监督机制,整合和创新高校就业辅导思政教育团队多元化资源。It is a pervasive problem of many universities that graduates are in the face of a severe employment situation. Therefore, the building of an employment - oriented mode of ideological political education is of substantial significance. When it comes to the employment issue in university, it is currently urgent to develop the guiding system of ideological political education, to diversify the guiding mode, to enforce the combination between ideological political education and employment practice, and to strengthen the education of mental health in order to help students set up proper employment views of career. The system construction of honest employment in university and the establishment of student＇s credit profile under a developing supervision mechanism of honesty are equally important. What＇s more, integrating and diversifying the team of ideological political tutorship of employment should be on the agenda.
