摘　　要：将基于滑动窗口的进化数据流聚类算法技术应用到电信行业中的资费分析模型中,并采用某电信局数据集模拟数据流,与传统电信数据分析技术相比,在该机制下进行数据分析,可获得较好的工作效率、较小的内存开销和快速的数据处理能力,从而提高了工作效率以及电信服务质量。This paper mainly describes the streaming data mining technology and its＇ application in Tele- communication data-analyzing and charge-analyzing. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the application of clustering technology in tele-communication could improve the dealing-data efficiently make full data analysis and use a smaller memory overhead.
