摘 要:近年来,我国劳动力成本大幅度上涨,弱化了企业竞争优势,克服劳动力成本上涨成了所有企业面临的重大挑战。劳动力成本上涨的原因主要是劳动力再生产成本的提高,社会劳动力需求的增加,以及社会经济发展的必然结果等。企业应制定战略性薪酬体系,加强薪酬改革;加快企业转型升级;提高员工的素质,转化劳动力成本的影响;加大对劳动者本身的投资,加强人力资本积累,通过提高劳动力质量来替代劳动力数量,从而从容地面对挑战,更好的抓住机遇赢得发展。In recent years, the labor cost has risen by a large margin, weakening the competitiveness of enterprises. To curb the increase of labor cost has been the greatest challenge to all enterprises. The increase was the result of the reproduction cost of the labor force, the growing social demand, and the development of social economy. Enterprises should establish a strategic payment system, enhancing the payment reform; boost the transformation and upgrade; promote the employees' capability to transfer the influence of labor cost growth; ex- tend investment onto the laborers to enhance the human capital accumulation, replacing the quantity with the quality requirement of the labor force so as to meet the challenge and seize the development opportunitv.
