高等中医院校护理专业本科学生社区护理实习及效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解高等中医院校护理专业本科学生社区实践教学的效果。方法采用自行设计的社区中医护理教学实践效果调查问卷,对45名学生进行调查,并通过座谈会深入了解学生的意见,综合社区护理出科综合测评表和实习小结对学生的实习情况进行评价。结果问卷调查反馈学生对13个条目的赞成度得分为2.36~3.78,学生的社区出科综合考核评定成绩平均分为97.43分。结论在护理本科学生毕业实习中开展社区中医护理实践收到较好的效果。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of community practice teaching for nursing undergraduates in a TCM university.Methods Totally 45 students were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire on effectiveness of community practice teaching;forums were held to understand the students＇ opinion deeply;the students＇ performance were evaluated by a comprehensive evaluation form and summary of internship. Results The investigation with questionnaires showed that the students＇ agreement score on 13 items was 2.36-3.78;the average score of students＇ comprehensive evaluation was 97.43. Conclusions Carrying out community traditional Chinese nursing practice for nursing undergraduates of TCM received good outcomes.
