摘　　要："十一五"期间,河北金融业取得了显著进步,在完善金融生态环境以及金融机构引进方面均取得了不俗的成绩。但相对而言,河北省金融业发展水平仍然不高。本文在客观分析河北金融业发展现状的基础上,从发展地方金融控股公司、积极开拓场外交易市场融资渠道以及发展产业基金和政府引导基金等角度出发,为河北省"十二五"期间金融业的发展提出了一些政策建议。During the＂11th Five-Year Plan＂,the financial industry in Hebei has made significant progress in improving the financial environment and introducing financial institutions.But development level of financial industry in Hebei province is relatively low.Based on the objective analysis of present situation of Hebei financial industry development,this article puts forward The 12th Five-Year Plan policy suggestions on establishment of local financial holding company,active explore of OTC（Over the Counter） financing channels and development of government guided fund and fund industry.
