后金融危机时代我国货币政策工具的优化

摘　　要：货币政策是我国宏观经济调控的重要途径之一,在特定时期内制定实施合适的货币政策能够促进经济发展目标的实现。在以转变经济发展方式、优化经济结构为目标的后金融危机时代,货币政策的制定不仅要考虑对经济总量的调控,更要兼顾经济结构的调控。本文旨在对当前我国央行货币政策工具的实施情况进行归纳,以期发现新时期在兼顾总量与结构调控的背景下当前货币政策工具的不足,并提出优化货币政策工具的建议。The monetary policy is one of the most important ways in China＇s macroeconomic regulation.Making appropriate monetary policy in the specific time would promote the realization of the economic development targets.In the transformation of the mode of economic development and optimizing economic structure as the goal in the new period,the formulation of monetary policy should be given not only to meet the total amount of economic regulation,but also to adjust the economic structure.This paper would summarize the current condition of the central bank＇s monetary policy tools,in order to find the shortcoming of the current monetary policy tools under the background of the new period in balancing with the gross adjusting and the control structure,in the same way to propose the suggestion of optimization monetary policy tools.
