摘　　要：中韩建交20年来,经贸关系发展日新月异,但存在的问题也变得更加突出,如贸易与投资的不平衡等,使双边关系可持续性发展面临着诸多挑战。与此同时,两国关系的发展又存在历史机遇。如何抓住契机,扩大交流与合作领域,实现双赢和地区多赢,是两国政府应该认真研究的重大课题。China and Korea entered into direct trade after the establishment of diplomatic relations be- tween the two countries 20 years ago. Despite the rapid development of the economic and trade relations, some problems have stood out, such as the imbalance of trade and investment, which poses multiple challenges to the bilateral sustainable development. However, lying a- head of us is also a historic opportunity to further strengthen Sino-Korean ties. In this context, the is- sue as to how we should seize the opportunity to enhance exchanges and cooperation with a win-win outcome not only for China and Korea, but also fop the region as a whole, becomes an important one that isworth intensive study on the part of both governments.
