2010年版《中国药典》含三七的中成药剂型与工艺分析

摘　　要：目的了解含三七制剂的剂型分布及其入药的特点。方法对2010年版《中国药典》一部收载的61个含三七的中成药制剂进行统计分析。结果药典收载的59个含三七提取工艺的中成药中,三七直接打粉入药的占69.5%,功能主治上以活血化瘀、通经活络、理气止痛为主。结论三七的主要活性成分为三七总皂苷,2010年版《中国药典》收载的含三七的中成药制剂将其直接打粉入药的较多,但相关的药物制剂研究基础薄弱有待加强,尤其是质量标准仍需完善。Objective To probe into the dosage form distribution and characteristics of Chinese patent medicine containing Panax notoginseng. Methods A total of 59 kinds of Chinese patent medicines containing Panax notoginseng included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 edition） were analyzed statistically. Results Among 59 kinds of Chinese patent medicines containing extraction technology of Panax notoginseng included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 69.5 % of Panax notoginseng were baking powder and used medicinally. Main function was removing blood stasis, activating collaterals, relieving pain. Conclusion The main saponin. Play the majority the dosage form of Chinese and used medicinally in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 active ingredient of Panax notoginseng was panax notoginseng patent medicine containing Panax notoginseng was baking powder edition）. But the related drug preparation research foundation is weak and need to be strengthened, especially quality standards are still needs improvement.
