摘　　要：本文摘录介绍了近年来日本在节能环保领域内,从国家的政策引导到地方政府和民间企业的积极参与建设新型智能社区的情况。并具体说明了一些关键应用,如新能源利用,能源管理系统,智能电网,EV电动车和新型交通系统在智能社区里的应用实例及日本在此领域内的标准化推进方面的情况。This article presents the situation of Japan in the field of energy saving and environmental protection in recent years, from national policy guidance to the active participation of local governments and private companies in building new smart community. It introduces a number of key technologies specifically, such as new energy utilization, energy management system, smart grid, electric vehicles and the new type transport system which is applied in the smart community. In addition, it also describes the situation of standardization promotion in this field in Japan.
