河南省商丘工业粉煤灰综合利用研究

摘　　要：永夏煤田煤系地层分布范围大，层位稳定，埋藏垂深1500m以浅的资源量大，为优质无烟煤。商丘几个电厂所消耗的煤量每年达6×106t以上，产生的粉煤灰可达12×10st。永城煤灰成分中SiO2和A1205的含量较高，其铝硅比为1：1．51，每年可从煤灰中获得SiO258×104t，获得A12035×10st，其资源量十分可观，可以缓解电解铝厂和玻璃生产原料不足之问题，对促进商丘经济发展也将起到积极的促进作用。Strata range of the Yongxia coalfield with a wide distribution and stable layer, there are plenty of high-quality anthracite above the 1500 meters vertical deep layer. 6 million tons coal is used in the power plants per year of Shangcliu and about 1.2 million tons of fly ash is generated. There are higher ratio of SiOz and Al2O3 in the Yongcheng fly ash, the ratio of A1 and Si is 1：1.51, 0.58 million tons SiO2 and 0.3 million tons Al2O3 can be get from the fly ash per year, it is a very substantial amount of resources, which can ease the electrolytic aluminum plant raw materials and glass production shortfall problems, and promote the of economic development in Shangqiu.
